CONDITION & ADDITIONAL CLEANING

Extra cleaning can cost more.

Additional cleaning: S$15 per extra 30 minutes

Please describe your car’s condition accurately and share recent photos when you enquire. If the vehicle is significantly worse than described, or important details are withheld—such as heavy pet hair, mud, spills or excessive rubbish—an additional charge may apply for the extra cleaning needed.

The rate is per car, not per cleaner, and extra cleaning is charged in 30-minute blocks. We’ll explain the extra work and agree the total surcharge with you before starting it. If we discover an issue during the clean, we’ll pause and ask first. You may decline the extra work; any already agreed work remains payable.

This is a charge for additional cleaning time, rather than an automatic penalty. Specialist work outside our current services may be declined, and stain removal is not guaranteed.
