This notice describes the current pre-launch website. It is subject to legal review as our operating arrangements are confirmed.

Who we are

Prestige Polish Detailing is a project led by Omri (CEO) and Suri (co founder). Business registration and operating eligibility are not yet confirmed. Verified legal operator, registration details and any required UEN: pending confirmation before launch. We do not claim registered, licensed, insured or approved status.

General enquiries

You can contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp. We receive the name, contact information, message and timestamps you choose to share. We use this information to reply and manage your enquiry. Please do not send identity documents, card details, birth dates, sensitive information or an exact home address for a general question.

This site has no enquiry submission database, payment processing or active booking form. Contact links open your chosen communication service; your message is sent only if you send it there.

The automated guide

The help chat matches common questions to preset website answers. Your questions are processed in your browser, are not sent to an AI provider or our team, and are not saved by the chat after you leave or reload the page. To contact the team, choose a call, WhatsApp or email link yourself.

Hosting, fonts and other providers

Cloudflare hosts the website and may process technical request information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect it. The website uses Google Fonts; your browser connects to Google to fetch fonts. GitHub holds the website source files. Contacting us uses your selected phone, email or WhatsApp provider, whose own privacy terms also apply.

Business emails and earlier appointment requests may be held in our business Google account. Earlier requests are reviewed privately and do not make new bookings available. No customer records are displayed publicly.

Cookies and tracking

We have not installed marketing trackers, visitor profiling, session recording or optional analytics on this website. The help chat does not use cookies or local storage. There are no optional website tracking preferences to enable. Hosting and external services may process technical data under their own policies. If optional tracking is introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before it starts.

Storage, access and security

Enquiries remain in the communication services used to contact us. Access is limited to the team members who need to respond and the providers operating those services. Website transport uses HTTPS. We do not claim that any system is completely secure. Providers may process information outside Singapore; their handling and safeguards must be reviewed as part of our launch preparation.

Retention

Our policy is to keep enquiry information only while reasonably needed to answer and follow up, or where a business or legal reason requires retention. We will review earlier requests and remove information that is no longer needed. A documented retention schedule and privacy responsibilities must be confirmed before service bookings reopen.

Your requests

For access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent where applicable, email polish.prestigedetailing@gmail.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your request. Some information may need to be retained for applicable legal reasons. This is the current privacy enquiry contact; a formally designated responsible representative or DPO is pending confirmation.
